On Wednesday, April 27, we began our Readers' Theatre unit. Students were randomly assigned to groups of nine or ten members. Each group received a script for a one act play. Students will rehearse and develop the scripts and perform for their classmates Thursday, May 5.

Students have written short two-character scenes and, over the course of several class periods, each student will direct their scene and act in other student scenes.
On Monday, we took a tour of the PAC with Mr. Rosenaur, getting to see behind the scenes of our current musical production. On Wednesday, we will try our hand at drafting up a Ground Plan for the play "Lost in Yonkers." We will also fill out a Costume Chart for the same play.
