I sent an email and text to you and your parents about moving to Google Classroom. FHS is moving ALL courses to a google classroom so you have all of your classes in ONE place! Our class code is: dyfxa7y Assignment #1: JOIN OUR CLASS Assignment #2: Please submit your Heathers Critique to the Google Classwork. Notice I added a rubric to the instructions, so please make sure you have everything I'm asking for. Assignment #3: Let's do a zoom together this week and catch up! I want to discuss ways we can record our songs/monologues. I was thinking if you are in a duet, you and your partner could plan a zoom or other video recording system and create a fun way of performing and recording it for us? I will do a poll on what time works best for everyone!

Coming Up!
You should have been rehearsing your musical song selections! When we return from spring break, we are going to get creative and perform our songs for each other via a Google Share Drive. What if you are doing a duet? Let's brainstorm and figure it out! I'm thinking we can have you sing along with a cast recording and perform with an invisible partner? Some of you may have siblings or parents who will help you out maybe! THIS is the time to use theatre to bring us together and bring joy during dark times and also think outside of the box! I know I personally am excited to see Megan's performance of Pretty Funny since she has an actual bedroom to use for her blocking! But first, let's enjoy a must needed spring break. We will talk after we rest! Remember, when we get back, we will also get to our next unit of 2 contrasting monologues! So feel free to start looking, but know that is not due for a little bit.
