We continued presenting our Found Text Monologues. 

Today, we began performing our found text monologues for the class. 

Mr. C completed reviewing and grading everyone's character analysis and memorization. We then practiced our slate and reviewed the acting rubric in which we will use to grade performances. Lily started us off with her performance of her monologue. We will begin performing all monologues next class. 

Today we turned in our updated monologue and recited it from memory.

Today Mr. Cooperescue returned from leave and we discussed what we have learned in his absence. We discussed the play Shakespeare In Love, as well as, Agamemnon 2.0. We also reviewed the Building Blocks of Acting. 

We were to print off our Found Text Monologue with the following requirments:
1. Write our name on the top
2. Write the title of the song we chose
3. Write who our partner is.
4. Highlight the portion that was from our chosen song.
5. Attach our character analysis 

Student's were out this day due to ACT Aspire testing, most Juniors had School Business (if they turned in the form through Naviance) 

Students submitted their found text monologue and completed their character analysis. 

Actors chose a character from Agamemnon 2.0 and created a found text monologue useing text from the play and a favorite song. The monologue has no minimum or maximum requirement, only to be of manageable length to memorize. The completed monologue is to be printed and turned in at the beginning of class. 

Today, we completed reading Agamemnon 2.0. Actors wrote a reflection of the play and analyzed the final thoughts and theme of the piece. Printed versions of their reflection is due next class.
